(ART)ERY HOUSE

This is going to be Matthew Hufft’s next “it” project. 40NORTH has been working with Hufft Projects over the last 18 months to design a one-of-a-kind modern outdoor residential experience (Fucking. Spaceship.) in the heart of old money Mission Hills. Demolition started in the Spring of 2013 and construction has commenced. An existing mature Pin oak on the property has been saved at considerable expense to assist the new residence blend in with it’s more conservative surroundings.
