This project is one that 40NORTH has been working with the Client since May 2010. The Owner of the prominent health and tennis club in Kansas City approached 40NORTH regarding some upgrades occurring at the Club including planting beds at the Primary arrival to the Club, as well as improvements around the Pool and Amenity area for the members of the club. The planned improvements expanded and included a complete redevelopment and expansion of the property. 40NORTH has collaborated with local and regional architects to redesign and refurbish the outdoor spaces of the club into one of the best membership clubs in Kansas City. Construction was completed to the Pool and adjacent outdoor areas, and Phase 1 of the redevelopment opened in June of 2013.
40NORTH has provided full design services for this project, as well as ongoing consultation with the Owner.
